Our mission is to provide safe, stable, and supportive shared housing for individuals seeking a fresh start—rooted in compassion, structure, and community. We believe everyone deserves a second chance and a dignified place to grow. 

KindWell is a shared housing program, not a medical or personal care facility. We do not provide nursing or daily living assistance. Instead, we offer structured housing, wellness checks, community guidelines, and wraparound support to help residents live independently. 

KindWell Living Solutions is led by a dedicated team committed to housing stability and second chances. Our team coordinates intake, monitors housing conditions, and connects residents with supportive services as needed. 

Program fees include:

• A fully furnished private or semi-private room
   
• All utilities
   
• Use of shared kitchens, laundry, and common areas
   
• Routine wellness and home checks
   
• Community support and referrals to outside resources

There’s no required minimum or maximum. Clients are welcome to stay as long as they follow community guidelines and continue to benefit from the supportive environment. 

We offer both private and shared room options, depending on availability and budget. All homes are fully furnished and move-in ready. 

We offer wraparound services that include wellness checks, home visits, structured community expectations, and referrals to community resources like employment assistance, mental health support, and financial coaching. Because we serve diverse groups—including veterans, young adults, and older adults—our services are tailored to meet a wide range of needs. 

KindWell Living Solutions does not conduct credit checks, and minor background issues do not automatically disqualify clients. We focus on your current readiness, ability to follow house rules, and respect for shared living.

All applicants must have guaranteed income (SSI, SSDI, or private pay) and be work-ready if privately funded. Program rules are strictly enforced.
